Thanks a lot for the llama, dude. Have you seen LMI? I was going to see what it was like but I was unbelievably busy that week...maybe it was for the better, I don't know. But I was curious to see it since it received some pretty decent reviews.
You are welcome! It was supposed to be for your birthday but I missed it by a day or two... No, I haven't seen LMI yet, I can wait for the DVD. I'm not boycotting it but I still feel overly protective of the original and being anti-remake in general want to hold out as long as possible. Happy Birthday!
Same here, but I'm still intrigued as to what the interpretation's like. Chances are, yes, it won't be anything to write home about, but I'm just curious as to how it may turn out. Oh well, its run just ended at my closest theatre so it's better off I give it a rent when it releases. And thank you very much! I appreciate it.
Hey, did you see the interview with Lina and Kare from the Empire Awards? I mean it's the first time I've personally heard them speaking English in an interview (maybe I'm late to that party), and Kare obviously has his own opinion of the American remake.

Yeah I did! It was great to see them together again and as friendly with each other as they were. It's nice but also kind of sad to see them growing up. Did you mean Kare's "It's American so it'll be crap" comment? Even though he has grown taller, he is still a child and I can forgive him for blurting out his thoughts unthinkingly. There are plenty of adults on the board who think that way as well. We'll have to wait for the release, who knows, he may be right!
